Recover a save

Open Player, Account and sign in to the same account. Restore a cloud save only after checking its progress. An unlinked guest account belongs to its device.

Recover a purchase

Use Restore purchases in the shop while signed in to the account that bought the item. Pending purchases are checked again when the store reconnects.

Report or block

Open a comment or player profile to report content or block the player. Direct messages require both players to follow each other.

Delete an account

Open Player, Account, Delete account, or delete your account online. This removes the account and its online social data.

Contact Figmenthol about your Dungeon Swipe account. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
