Your account and progress

The game saves progression on your device. When online services connect, it creates or restores a guest account with a player identifier. Online records include your display name, selected hero, level, deepest room, account sessions and any cloud save you choose to upload. Guest accounts do not require an email.

If you add an email and password, we use them to sign you in, verify the email and recover your account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Session credentials identify requests from your device. We also retain request counts, timestamps and hashes derived from network addresses and email addresses to limit abuse.

If you choose Use Google, we receive your Google account identifier and verified email address to link or recover your player. Linking keeps that player's progress and purchases and saves its progress to the cloud. We do not request access to your email messages, contacts or files.

Other players

Your profile, shared encounters, comments and replies can be seen by other players. The game records likes, follows, blocks and notifications to operate its social features and favor encounters from players you follow. Direct messages are stored with their sender, recipient and read status, and are shown to their participants. Authorized moderators can review reports and reported content. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

Sharing a room through another app sends an image of the room and enemy, its link and your shared text. The image excludes your hero, health, currencies and profile. The other app handles the shared information under its own privacy practices.

Purchases

We process product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction identifiers and an account identifier to verify purchases, deliver currency or items, and restore eligible purchases. Stored verification records include a hash of the purchase token. The purchase flow sends an obscured game account identifier to the app store to connect a purchase to the right player. Payment card details are handled by the app store and are not collected by the game.

Ads and privacy choices

Banner ads and optional reward videos use Google AdMob. When ads are enabled, its SDK collects and shares IP addresses, which may indicate approximate location; app interactions such as launches, taps and video views; performance diagnostics; and device or account identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID. These are used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Ads may load before you choose to watch a video. Remove Ads disables banners and forced ads; optional reward videos remain available.

To verify an earned reward, we send your game account identifier and a reward request identifier to the ad service. The game offers consent choices where required. When available, open Settings, Your account, Ad privacy choices to review them. Your device settings also provide advertising ID controls. Service providers and security

Service providers host online accounts and game data, deliver requested account emails, and process purchases and ads. Account and social requests use HTTPS. Advertising data is encrypted in transit. Local game progress remains on your device unless you choose a cloud save or use features that send progression, such as your online profile.

Deletion and retained records

Open Settings, Your account, Delete account to delete your online account, cloud save, profile, shared encounters, comments, messages, follows and blocks. You can also request account deletion online. Deleting your account does not erase local expedition progress on the device.

Purchase verification records remain after their account link is removed to prevent duplicate grants. Abuse-prevention request records and moderation reports can also remain; a deleted reporter's account link is removed, but report text and the reported content reference can be retained for abuse investigation. Account deletion does not delete information already received independently by other players, external sharing apps or the ad service.

Unlinked guest accounts depend on their device session for access. If you cannot access your account or have a privacy request, contact Figmenthol and identify your Dungeon Swipe profile. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
